This luxury lodge is 40’ x 20’, is situated on a quiet new park on the banks of a babbling brook, with a large open plan living room & kitchen diner. It has 2 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 6 people, however is ideally suited to 3 or 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite with shower & wc. As well as a large walk in wardrobe, & smart tv. The second bedroom has a double bed triple wardrobe and dresser, with mirrors and hairdryer.

The bathroom has bath with shower and wc. The entrance hall has a gas boiler cupboard with vacuum cleaner and clothes airer, and a cloakroom with iron and board, as well as storage and additional heaters. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven grill microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and 5 ring gas hob.

The living area has 50” smart tv with Freeview Play, Netflix and Prime video. Fireplace with remote control electric log effect fire. 2 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater sofas and an armchair. There is also a mini computer station with laptop and printer. The property has 4g Wi-fi with speeds up to 62mbps.

It has french doors leading onto an East facing decked area with lounge seating, banana parasol, tables and chairs an brand new 4/5 seater spa hot tub, all overlooking the nearby stream.
